- You design and ship AI-based tools that push insights to leaders proactively — moving Controlling from reactive reporting toward autonomous, decision-ready intelligence.
- You own the trusted data foundation that powers everything we build — the Group's single source of truth that every AI agent, analysis, and forecast runs on.
- You identify automation potential and continuously improve our monthly closing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- You turn complex cost-pool data into sharp, decision-relevant narratives for CFO- and board-level audiences.
- You act as the go-to authority on the integrity of our controlling figures — when a number reaches the top, it's right.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Data Management.
- You combine a high degree of ownership and self-motivation with strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Qualifikationen
- You are proficient in BI tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and have a strong affinity for data modelling and process automation technologies.
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and have ideally already applied these in a finance or controlling context.
- You think in structures, work precisely, and are able to translate large volumes of data into clear, decision-relevant narratives.
Erfahrung
- You bring several years of hands-on experience in Controlling, Finance, or a related field, preferably within a large, complex organization or consultancy environment.
