Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Data Steward & AI Enablement Manager, you will actively help shape the data-driven future of marketing.
- You will ensure the quality, transparency and availability of relevant marketing data while supporting the effective use of AI and automation solutions.
- Working closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, IT and other stakeholders, you will lay the foundation for data-driven decisions, efficient processes and innovative ways of working.
- Take ownership of the Data Steward role for selected marketing data domains, including the definition and maintenance of data standards, data models, metadata, and data ownership responsibilities.
- Ensure and continuously improve data quality, consistency, completeness and traceability across relevant marketing processes and systems.
- Support the marketing department in the secure and effective use of AI applications, Microsoft 365 Copilot and low-code solutions.
- Identify, evaluate and oversee suitable AI and automation use cases that deliver clear added value for marketing, market intelligence and related functions.
- Contribute to the further development of the marketing technology and data landscape.
- Document data sources, definitions, processes and best practices, and develop easy-to-understand guidelines, training materials and knowledge resources.
- Work closely with Customer Experience, other marketing functions, IT, data protection and data governance stakeholders to prioritize and implement requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, data standards, and data privacy, combined with a careful and responsible approach to handling data.
- An analytical and structured approach to work, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical and data-related topics clearly.
- Very good command of German and English, as well as proficiency with MS Office.
Erfahrung
- Practical experience in data management, data stewardship, data governance, or a comparable cross-functional role, ideally within a marketing environment.
- Experience with generative AI, prompting, Microsoft 365 Copilot or low-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or Power BI is preferred; programming or Vibe coding experience is not required.
- Experience with marketing asset management (MAM) systems, marketing technologies or digital content and data processes-particularly in the healthcare sector-is a plus.
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Marketing and Customer Experience.
