Deine Rolle im Team
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships and act as a credible partner and influencer for senior stakeholders across engineering, product, PMO, and the business.
- Drive and support execution of in-market products aligned with the strategic roadmap of TAA Europe Region North.
- Actively support transformation initiatives across DXG, including DevSecOps, Meridian time-writing, and GenAI programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering, providing structured and transparent status updates and tracking actions and dependencies.
- Support portfolio management across products and projects, including preparation of executive-level materials, governance forums, and KPI monitoring.
- Support and enable GenAI initiatives by maintaining visibility on resource allocation, tooling needs, and effective use of approved solutions.
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve project management processes, templates, and best practices across technical, financial, legal, and operational domains.
- Lead and support process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives, including facilitation of workshops, chairing meetings, and documenting outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and delivery standards.

Ausbildung
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or comparable professional experience is a plus, combined with proven experience leading complex initiatives in international environments.
Qualifikationen
- Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proven ability to drive change within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude is essential.
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
- Background or experience in technical or software development environments is an advantage.
- Strong project and program management expertise; experience in portfolio management, financial management, demand planning, or architecture is a plus.
