Deine Rolle im Team
- Support in the continuous development and optimization of our HR system SAP SuccessFactors
- Support in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- Explore AI-based solutions to build a company internal chatbot for HR matters
- Ensuring HR system data quality and consistency, including error analysis and documentation
- Creation of HR reports, documentation of newly implemented system features
- Partial participation in annual release management for SuccessFactors, including identification of new features

Qualifikationen
- Study of computer science, (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Interest in digital trends within the HR sector and enjoy working with HR processes and IT systems
- Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- You have high level of self-motivation, organizational talent and goal-oriented
- Interest in working in an international company
- You have very good knowledge of English and or German
- Lastly, you are based in Cologne and enjoy working at our Headquarters in the city center
Erfahrung
- First practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Initial experience in project management is an advantage
