Deine Rolle im Team
- You will shape and drive the evolution of Dr. Oetker's enterprise-wide Process Management Framework. In this role, you will be responsible for governance, standards, methods and the target operating model to ensure consistent process management.
- Your responsibilities include maintaining and further developing the process architecture. In addition, you will ensure that process documentation remains consistent, transparent and user-friendly.
- You will also be responsible for providing tools, templates, guidelines and best practices, thereby empowering process owners and process stewards in their daily work.
- With a focus on data and performance, you will analyse and promote data-driven process control. In doing so, you will support the use of KPI frameworks, process mining and process analytics.
- Together with international stakeholders, you will further develop a global process management community. You will also design and conduct training sessions and enablement initiatives.
- In addition, you will identify and drive the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative approaches to advance Process Management. Acting as a thought leader for Process Management, you will help define how Data, Processes, Analytics and AI work together to create business value across Dr. Oetker and advance Process Management through automation and AI-based solutions.

Ausbildung
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- In addition, you are familiar with data management, data governance, analytics and KPI-based process control. Ideally, you also have knowledge of digitalization, automation and AI applications.
- You stand out thanks to your strong analytical and conceptual skills. You are characterized by strategic, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking.
- In addition, you are a strong communicator and possess excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Your profile is completed by excellent teamwork, networking and community-building skills, along with a structured approach to work and very good English language skills.
Erfahrung
- You have several years of professional experience in process management, operational excellence or business transformation.
- You are proficient in business process management (BPM), process modelling, process governance and process architecture. You have already gained experience in process mining solutions such as SAP Signavio or Celonis.
