Deine Rolle im Team
- For our teams in Böblingen we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (m/f/x) to support agile teams within a SAFe environment and enable the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- The role focuses on facilitating Scrum and SAFe practices, supporting Product Increment execution, managing dependencies and impediments and fostering effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will help drive team performance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with Agile and SAFe principles.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
- Support Agile teams in delivering committed Product Increment (PI) and Sprint objectives.
- Identify, track and help remove impediments, risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
- Facilitate and support SAFe events, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Monitor and communicate team progress, capacity and delivery metrics.
- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
- Foster effective collaboration between teams, stakeholders and other Agile Release Train (ART) participants.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles and Agile delivery practices.
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and impediments across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Erfahrung
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Practical experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Experience supporting cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, Miro.
- Experience in large-scale Agile delivery organizations.
