- You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features and the underlying system architecture that powers our fast-scaling platform.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and refine responsive user interfaces using React to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Design and optimize complex data models and query performance using SQL.
- Collaborate directly with our CTO, Product, and Customer Success teams to define and refine technical requirements.
- Drive engineering excellence by establishing clean system design boundaries and robust testing practices.

Qualifikationen
- You possess strong system design fundamentals including scalability, data modeling, and service boundaries.
- You write clean, maintainable Java and Spring Boot code, with comfortable full-stack exposure to React.
- You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business teams.
- You thrive in ambiguous environments and independently break down complex problems into structured solutions.
Erfahrung
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend-heavy software engineering.
