Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, implement and continuously improve our Okta-based IAM solution.
- Optimize and maintain identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring consistent provisioning, updates and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights across systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access flows to identify and resolve issues across the IAM landscape.
- Build and optimize automations using Okta Workflows.
- Design and improve integrations between Okta and connected systems.
- Contribute to role mining activities and design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) concepts.
- Support and drive IAM-related projects of different sizes, from smaller improvements to larger initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, IT, business teams) to translate business and regulatory requirements into IAM solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Good understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, RBAC, federation).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of professional experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering.
- Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions, with hands-on experience in Okta.
- Experience with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including provisioning, updates and deprovisioning across systems.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining flows in Okta.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or similar), ideally in the context of IAM processes.
- Strong experience in documenting IAM processes, workflows and system architecture.
