Deine Rolle im Team
- Shape the future of our global IT infrastructure and make a tangible impact on efficiency, stability, and user experience.
- You deliberately look beyond individual services and ensure that technical changes are not considered in isolation, but as part of a coherent end-to-end solution.
- In this role, you connect infrastructure, applications, and service providers to create seamless end-to-end solutions with a clear focus on user experience and resilience.
- Design and develop infrastructure solutions across multiple services with a strong focus on efficiency, stability, and cost optimization.
- Support Service Owners in further developing their services within the context of the overall IT landscape.
- Act as the key interface between Infrastructure, Application/Development Teams, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Collaborate closely with our service providers on technical designs in a hands-on manner while bringing structure to decision-making processes.
- Ensure that changes improve the overall user experience rather than optimizing individual services in isolation.
- Drive standardization and stronger integration within a global multi-provider environment.
- You will work across multiple domains, including: Workplace, Global Service Desk, Smart Network & Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security.

Qualifikationen
- Broad technical understanding with the ability to identify and assess dependencies across different services.
- Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a strategic, cross-functional perspective to steer and prioritize initiatives.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common solutions.
- Structured and pragmatic way of working with a focus on delivering practical results.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience (approx. 3+ years) in IT infrastructure, architecture, or a comparable role.
- Experience working in complex IT environments, ideally within international and multi-provider setup.
