Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a Junior Anaplan Model Builder to join the Anaplan Centre of Excellence at Patrizia based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- The role will support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Anaplan models used across planning, forecasting, reporting, investment management, asset management, and finance processes.
- Working under the guidance of the Anaplan COE Lead, the Junior Anaplan Model Builder will contribute to scalable Anaplan solutions that support business decision-making across the real estate investment lifecycle.
- Support the design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Anaplan models.
- Develop and enhance modules, lists, line items, dashboards, UX pages, actions, imports, exports, and calculations.
- Apply best practices (scalability, performance, maintainability).
- Assist in translating business requirements into Anaplan technical designs.
- Support model updates, structural changes, data loads, and ongoing enhancements.
- Support workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
- Act as a first point of contact for Anaplan user queries and support requests.
- Support Anaplan solutions related to real estate investment planning, fund planning, asset-level forecasting, portfolio reporting, budgeting, valuation support, and performance analysis.
- Support data imports and exports between Anaplan and source systems such as ERP, data warehouses, Excel, or reporting platforms.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation for Anaplan models and enhancements.
- Support change management, release management, and testing documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Anaplan Centre of Excellence, including exploring AI use cases and automation opportunities.
- Stay current with Anaplan platform capabilities, new features, and best practices.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Anaplan Level 3 and Anaplan Model Builder certification expected or willingness to acquire.
- Solution Architect certification is a plus.
- Good understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with complex data structures and business logic.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills (technical & business stakeholders).
- Fluency in English, German is a plus, written and spoken.
- Based in or willing to work from Frankfurt am Main.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and development.
- Experience in real estate investment management, asset management, fund management, or finance functions is desirable.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods.
- Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
