Deine Rolle im Team
- Liaise with Fund Administration users and stakeholders to understand requirements and support system solutions.
- Lead and support fund migrations into PCS, including data analysis, mapping, loading, validation and testing.
- Maintain PCS configurations, static data, legal entities, investors and transactions.
- Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query, VBA and SQL.
- Support investor reporting, complex fund structures and DDX Investor Portal administration.
- Provide platform support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Manage testing, releases and environment promotions.
- Document processes and provide user training.
- Support fund launches, investor onboarding and other business projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, controls, data quality and operational efficiency.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of the investment fund industry, preferably private equity, real estate or alternative investments.
- Background in finance, accounting, fund administration, business analysis or information systems.
- Strong Excel and data management skills; SQL, VBA, Power Query or Tableau knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
Erfahrung
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Investran / Private Capital Suite (PCS).
- Experience in application support, platform administration and user support.
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, reporting, testing and reconciliations.
