Deine Rolle im Team
- Own products and services end-to-end, including architecting solutions that turn risk into a product, such as our Customer-Facing Risk Profile Platform.
- Collaborate and grow in a dynamic and autonomous environment, working to define undefined boundaries in transaction monitoring and financial risk exposure.
- Be an integral part of a team, in addition to its culture and ways of working. Common practices include agile methodologies, pair and mob programming.
- Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale.
- Be part of a team that will take full operational responsibility for the services that you own, ensuring security compliance (GDPR) and potentially taking part in an on-call rotation.
- Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices.

Qualifikationen
- Results-orientation, collaborative, pragmatic, and with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Great problem solving abilities and the ability to articulate tradeoffs of technical problems to a broad audience.
- Working proficiency in English.
Erfahrung
- Multiple experiences working with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and building scalable products and services.
- Experience with the cloud (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Experience or a strong interest in the complexities of Fraud, KYC, Disputes, or Transaction Monitoring.
