    Deine Rolle im Team

    1. Involvement in the project "Renovate the Core enterprise" to ensure the future-proof development of the current actuarial applications
    2. You make architectonic and strategic decisions to ensure technical sustainability and scalability in the Hannover Re context
    3. Developing and optimising ETL/ELT routines in the actuarial systems
    4. Coordinating with internal and external customers over the further development of our current applications
    5. Supporting and collaborating with internal colleagues in the area of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
    6. Attending events / conferences as well as preparing and holding internal events

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Completed degree in computer science / business IT or comparable qualification

    Qualifikationen

    • Comprehensive know-how in the field of Business Intelligence
    • Proficient user skills in German and English (at least level C1/C2)
    • Willingness to travel worldwide on business, roughly once or twice a year
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

    Erfahrung

    • At least 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, Exasol, and Oracle DBMS
    • In-depth experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT routines and data modelling with Snowflake and/or Star Schema
    • Solid experience with large projects and proven expertise in data warehousing best practices
