Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Site Reliability Engineer (all genders) at TeamViewer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS infrastructure.
- You'll be part of a forward-thinking backend team that supports our core products and services, working on our global product infrastructure.
- Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support the implementation of SRE practices in a cloud-native environment.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to help ensure service reliability.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements through automation using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo CD, or Bicep.
- Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and supporting timely resolution of operational issues.
- Identify reliability risks and contribute to addressing them.
- Support ongoing efforts toward a cloud-native platform.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP are also valuable).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell and bash).
- Basic understanding of microservice environments, networking, and security (infrastructure hardening).
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
Erfahrung
- Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Argo CD, SaltStack).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgresDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Cassandra) is a plus but not mandatory.
