Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position überwachst du die IT-Infrastruktur, pflegst Active Directory und Windows Server, steuerst IT-Techniker und entwickelst IT-Richtlinien inklusive SLAs. Du verwaltest Virtualisierungsumgebungen und führst Systemaudits durch.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Monitoring, reporting and security of all company domains.
- Creation and management of directory infrastructure.
- Monitoring and assessment of system data, error and reports.
- Determine areas for improvement and repair.
- Direct activities of IT technicians / Subcontractors.
- Develop IT policies and procedures, Service and Operation Level Agreements (SLAs / OLAs) with compliance check.
- Resolve Help Desk Escalations.
- Negotiate and compare vendor contracts and determine most advantageous terms.
- Manage, optimize and monitor updates and upgrades and migrate organization data.
- Ensure licensing compliance for Windows Servers Systems.
- Changes and maintenance of Ping Federate as well update in the Ping Identity Software.
- Be in charge of virtualization products of VMWare and Nutanix HCI systems.
- Be in charge of plan, design, setup and manage Citrix environments.
- Install, upgrade and manage WSUS & TRELLIX instances.
- Implementation of virtualization architecture design.
- Conduct system audit reviews.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Completed studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT-Systems Engineering or comparable.
- Knowledge about networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls etc.) for requesting necessary IP and subnet configuration and firewall rule activation.
- Very good skills in SQL, MS-Office and MS-Project.
- Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, MS-SQL, Virtualization (Citrix, VMWare) and Storage (NetApp, Q-SAN).
