Deine Rolle im Team
- Take ownership of the overarching system architecture, defining the technical vision and strategy for enterprise-level Java applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient microservices and distributed systems, ensuring high performance and long-term maintainability.
- Lead technical decision-making, evaluating new frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies to keep the tech stack modern and efficient.
- Together with other architects, you will mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices in clean code, design patterns, and test-driven development.
- Collaborate closely with product management, stakeholders, and other architects to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Work with other architects to establish and enforce architectural standards, ensuring robust API design, data modeling, and seamless integration between services.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD processes, deployment strategies, and overall DevOps culture within the engineering organization.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record as a Software Architect or Technical Lead.
- Deep expertise in Java ecosystem and frameworks, particularly Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of SQL databases, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ), and caching strategies.
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Erfahrung
- Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend development using Java.
- Experience with AWS services is an advantage.
