Deine Rolle im Team
- Lead end-to-end SAP PM and MM process improvements, from design through implementation and continuous optimisation.
- Manage Plant Maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring efficient asset and equipment management, maintenance planning, and downtime reduction.
- Drive Materials Management (MM) excellence - oversee purchasing, supplier management, and inventory processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply operations.
- Integrate and optimise REFX (SAP Real Estate Management) processes for facilities, property, and asset-related workflows.
- Develop, test, and implement automation initiatives to streamline maintenance, procurement, and material flow processes.
- Evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities - determine if changes make sense, validate ROI, and execute or oversee implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless process alignment and user adoption.
- Support key users with training, documentation, and change management to ensure optimal system utilisation.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring SAP solutions meet operational and strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA PM, MM, and REFX modules.
- Deep understanding of purchasing workflows, supplier rating and evaluation, and maintenance management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process optimisation and automation projects.
- Analytical thinker able to challenge existing workflows and propose practical, business-aligned improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple business units.
- German and English speaking.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in both functional configuration and technical troubleshooting.
