Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a core member of our Development team and thus closely collaborate with our developers, data scientists as well as our cybersecurity professionals.
- You will take a leading role in designing, building, evaluating, and continuously improving Exeon's AI projects that supports engineers, security analysts, and business stakeholders.
- You also will shape how AI capabilities are embedded across Exeon's product portfolio.
- Lead AI initiatives related to our NDR (Network Detection & Response) and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) products.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with security analysts and domain experts to translate complex cybersecurity workflows into effective AI-assisted solutions.
- Define and uphold best practices for AI development, including model evaluation, safety, and responsible deployment.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong AI engineering culture across the organization.

Qualifikationen
- We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who's comfortable in a high-paced scale-up environment and who shares our values.
- Open, reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over individual projects.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Opencode, Openterminal, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle - from prototyping to production monitoring.
- A plus: background in cybersecurity or network detection technologies.
- Fluent English.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP, LLMs, or applied AI.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., RAG systems, agents, fine-tuning pipelines).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced product company.
