- Join our team as an Application Specialist (f/m/d) and become the bridge between healthcare business needs and technology. You will be responsible for optimizing our applications, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements to create efficient, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations.
- Act as the key interface between business teams and IT to deliver effective application solutions.
- Configure, customize, and continuously optimize applications to support business processes.
- Manage application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Train users and maintain clear documentation to enable efficient application usage.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects and continuous improvements.
- Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including its stakeholders and market dynamics.
- Solid understanding of databases and APIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
- Collaborative team player with strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of experience in application management, application support, or a related role.
