Deine Rolle im Team
- Set up laptops, accounts, phones, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment.
- Support users directly in the office and on the shop floor - fast, practical, hands-on.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices.
- Prepare, hand out, collect, and maintain IT equipment.
- Document simple fixes, recurring issues, and hardware inventory cleanly.
- Help the IT team improve basic processes instead of repeating the same manual work forever.

Qualifikationen
- Currently enrolled as a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware setup, networks, and common workplace IT issues.
- Comfortable walking across office, production, and test areas to solve problems where they happen.
- Structured, reliable, service-minded, pragmatic, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Hands-on IT experience and the willingness to fix things, instead of just talking about them.
