In dieser Position entwickelst du Produkt-Roadmaps und führst Nutzerforschung durch, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren. Zudem überwachst du Erfolgskennzahlen und steuerst die Produktentwicklung auf der Basis von Datenanalysen und Insights.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Tech Product Roadmap and Execution: Contributes to roadmap creation and translates the roadmap into an execution plan.
- User Research & Empathy: Deep-dive into the user experience. Conduct interviews and surveys across our global entities & CoEs to understand friction points and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs related to system performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iteration.

Ausbildung
- High degree of autonomy and reliability in execution, with a strong sense of ownership over long-term OKRs and the ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable product plans.
Qualifikationen
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, proven by the ability to drive alignment and shared objectives across multiple cross-functional, global teams (including data science, engineering, and diverse brand stakeholders).
Erfahrung
- 4+ years of product/ project/program management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex technical and data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results.
- Data fluency and experience working hand in hand with engineers, data scientists or analysts; Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
- Previously owned tech/ AI roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders; Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful tech and data product solutions.
