Deine Rolle im Team
- As our new Local IT Technician at Ubisoft Mainz, you are responsible for delivering support for the local site employees.
- You enable production to deliver great games via your superb IT service to enrich players' lives.
- Offer on-site and remote support to end users within the local responsibility.
- Incidents and Requests management.
- Manage local infrastructure (servers and network) where required.
- Ensure approved security best practices and policies are being applied.
- Provisioning and maintaining the employees work environment.
- Interact with external vendors regarding support requests.
- Strive to continually improve IT policies and processes.
- Provide support for events & meetings.
- Support employees during equipment moves.
- Maintain the IT asset inventory.
- Build and update documentation.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Relevant education in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Qualifikationen
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office suite.
- Good knowledge of networking, cabling.
- Good dexterity and ability to perform manual labor.
- Good knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory.
- Great sense of customer service.
- Team spirit, good listening, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Nice to have: Linux knowledge, Knowledge of multimedia equipment, Scripting ability (batch files, PowerShell), Mac OS X knowledge, MCSE, MCSA or MCP certification, Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years of experience in technical support to end users (Workstations, Laptops, Smartphones).
