    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, with a strong focus on system architecture and integration layers.
    • Support and evolve event-driven and streaming architectures, including data pipelines and asynchronous communication.
    • Shape and maintain cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices in collaboration with platform and DevOps teams.
    • Drive architectural decisions across teams, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, and aligned with long-term technical strategy.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers on system design, scalability, and performance.
    • Champion engineering best practices across code quality, CI/CD, and automation.

    Qualifikationen

    • Proven ability to design scalable, distributed, and event-driven architectures, including streaming systems (Kafka, Pulsar, or similar).
    • Good understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, API design, microservices, and data stores (SQL and NoSQL).
    • Great communication skills, with a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement.

    Erfahrung

    • Senior-level experience building backend systems in Java, with strong knowledge of modern frameworks (Spring Boot; Micronaut or Quarkus).
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code (AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform), CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
