- Development & Maintenance: Develop, test, and maintain ABAP code while writing technical documentation.
- Collaboration & Standards: Work closely with Key Users/Service Owners and apply Airbus development standards and SAP Best Practices.
- Optimization & Analysis: Perform root-cause analysis and drive quality, performance, and security improvements.
- Future Strategy & Change Management: Contribute to S/4HANA strategies and ensure compliance within the Change Management process.
- Mentoring: Guide, coach, and mentor junior developers within the department.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Education & Experience: Degree in IT (or equivalent) and 10+ years of practical experience in ABAP programming (S/4HANA preferred).
Qualifikationen
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of OO-ABAP, Adobe Forms, DDIC, BAPIs, IDOCs, OData, Web Services, and Enhancement Framework.
- Soft Skills & Leadership: Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, team spirit, and the ability/willingness to coach new colleagues.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in both German (C2) and English are a must.
Erfahrung
- Functional & Extra Skills: Experience in core SAP modules (e.g., FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM) and SAP certifications are a plus.
