In dieser Position entwickelst du technische Ausbildungsprogramme und optimierst das Schulungsportfolio basierend auf Produktänderungen und Feedback. Du arbeitest an interdisziplinären Projekten und übersetzt komplexe Inhalte in praxisorientierte Schulungen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You review, analyze, and continuously optimize the global technical training portfolio to ensure alignment with product developments and field requirements.
- You design and develop technical training programs, learning journeys, curricula, and training concepts based on performance data, product updates, and field feedback.
- You collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Support, HSE, and Operations to define learning objectives, competency frameworks, and training standards.
- You translate complex engineering content into structured, practical, and learner-focused training solutions.
- You develop and implement modern learning formats including classroom training, blended learning, digital learning solutions, microlearning, and job aids for field application.
- You manage or contribute to international cross-functional projects within a technical environment.
- You ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Strong ability to understand, structure, and translate complex technical systems into practical applications and learning content.
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; additional language skills are considered a plus.
Erfahrung
- Experience in technical training, engineering, technical documentation, or field service within an industrial environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical stakeholders, ideally in a global organization.
- Solid project management skills and experience coordinating technical initiatives.
