Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage global data migration delivery across multiple countries, releases, business units, process areas and data domains.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA data objects across key functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Routings, Pricing and Open Items.
• Hands-on knowledge of data migration tools and approaches such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS/Data Services, LTMC/LTMOM, MYD, ETL tools, SQL-based data profiling and template-based data load frameworks.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to drive data cleansing, enrichment, ownership, validation and readiness activities before each mock load and production cutover.
• Strong knowledge of migration mock cycles, dress rehearsals, defect resolution, reconciliation reporting, trial conversions, go-live preparation and hypercare support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, escalation handling and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders, SI partners, data owners and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data risks, dependency impacts, quality gaps and remediation actions early in the program lifecycle.
• Candidate should demonstrate strong delivery ownership, attention to detail and the ability to balance program timelines with data quality, compliance and business readiness expectations.

Erfahrung

• Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration programs, including strategy, planning, extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, reconciliation, validation and cutover support.
• Experience defining and managing data migration governance, including scope control, object ownership, data quality rules, mapping standards, issue management, risk tracking, quality gates and business sign-offs.
• Experience in managing teams of data leads, migration analysts, functional consultants and technical developers across onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models.
