- As backend engineer, you'll commit your technical talents to our industry-leading SaaS team.
- This role invites you to help shape our engineering culture and, of course, our platform.
- It also comes with ownership: we expect you to take responsibility and grow!
- Focus mainly on the design and development of our RESTful backend services.
- Support the quality management of our codebase and introduce new features and technologies.
- Help innovate a SaaS application and own the entire process chain: from software design to deployment in the cloud.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, forming cross-functional teams to shape new features in their early stage.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist, or comparable knowledge from practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Good knowledge of Java, Hibernate, Spring (Boot) and SQL.
- Knowledge of when and what to test (Unit Tests, E2E Tests).
- A passion to learn and experiment with new technologies.
- A "you build it, you run it" mentality.
- The ability to work autonomously and result oriented.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Worked with AWS.
- Like to automate routine processes.
Erfahrung
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in backend and web development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Bonus points if you have experience in database design.
- Have infrastructure-as-code experience.
