- Join our dynamic team as our IT Specialist within our Operations Department, and shape with us a forward-thinking museum experience that captures and expands Berlin's unique energy.
- As an IT Specialist at Fotografiska Berlin, you will play a key role in ensuring that technology seamlessly supports our exhibitions, events, and daily operations.
- Working at the intersection of IT, AV, and a dynamic cultural environment, you will report to the IT / AV Manager of Fotografiska Berlin and create reliable, intuitive systems that enhance both the visitor experience and internal collaboration.
- This role combines hands-on technical expertise with ownership and a strong service mindset, contributing to a space where technology enables creativity, hospitality, and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, workplace technology, and end-user support.
- Confident managing the full device lifecycle, including enrollment, configuration, compliance monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms and enterprise identity and access management systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, particularly in fast-paced, public-facing environments where reliability is critical.
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach when making decisions in high-visibility situations.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical topics for non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong collaborator who works effectively with both global technology teams and local operational teams to deliver seamless support.
Erfahrung
- Proven hands-on experience supporting professional audiovisual systems in dynamic, live, and guest-facing environments.
- Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple device administration across macOS and iOS environments.
- Experience taking ownership of a local technical environment or venue, ensuring end-to-end operational stability across AV and IT systems.
