Deine Rolle im Team
- Support and lead transformation and optimization projects across Finance.
- Analyze, improve and standardize end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay.
- Implement and further develop ERP and finance systems, and digitize reporting and controlling processes.
- Design and implement automation solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA).
- Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement lasting improvements.
- Support change management to help teams adopt new processes and structures.

Ausbildung
- A degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization.
- A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project-focused finance role.
- Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
