- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor in a cross-functional product team where your work has real, visible impact. You will design, build, and maintain our mobile applications using React Native, with a strong focus on Android, helping deliver high-quality, scalable mobile experiences.
- You will collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders, share your technical expertise with peers, and help raise the bar for code quality and engineering excellence. - Build and evolve mobile solutions: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications.
- Own architecture and technical decisions: Understand platform specifics, runtime behavior, dependencies, and deployment pipelines to ensure maintainable, efficient, and scalable mobile solutions.
- Deliver high-quality code: Write clean, readable, and well-documented code that follows industry standards and mobile best practices, supported by robust automated testing.
- Work close to the business: Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and business context, translating real-world problems into effective mobile solutions.
- Drive execution and predictability: Estimate technical solutions and component-level requirements accurately, contributing to reliable delivery and team throughput.

Qualifikationen
- Testing mindset: Good understanding of mobile testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with a focus on reliable, automated test coverage.
- Cloud and DevOps awareness: Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally AWS, and modern CI and CD practices.
- Collaborative communication style: Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working within cross-functional teams, contributing positively to engineering culture.
- Security and compliance awareness: Understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection requirements.
- Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Erfahrung
- Strong mobile engineering foundation: Solid experience with React Native and a strong understanding of Android development using Java and or Kotlin, enabling quick adaptation to our tech stack and patterns.
- Production experience: Proven track record of building and shipping mobile applications in production environments, with deep knowledge of Android platform specifics and mobile UI and UX best practices.
- API and data integration skills: Experience integrating REST APIs and managing data within mobile applications.
- Product-oriented thinking: You care about delivering meaningful features that create value for users and improve the overall mobile experience.
- Nice to have: Advanced experience with native Android development, native module integration, performance optimization, or offline-first architectures.
