Deine Rolle im Team
- Operate validator node, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure & operations, with tasks including, but not limited to
- Ensure continuous operation of our Solana systems, perform updates
- Monitoring and performance tuning
- Ability to proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystem
- Automate node deployment, operations via Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with traders, to help them with infrastructure performance
- Be involved in the communication with our partners
- Be part of our on-call duty rotation
- Learn, grow and peek beyond your current role

Qualifikationen
- We are looking for a Solana Systems Engineer with strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, passion for blockchain & decentralization. You must have an eye for detail, because even a millisecond matters. Our team has a natural drive to maintain and develop our presence in the everchanging Solana ecosystem.
- Strong Linux skills and system engineering skills. Solana validator skills are very welcome.
- Fluency in English (Deutsch ist ein Plus)
- Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture
- Willingness to travel once in a while to meet the team in person and visit conferences
Erfahrung
- Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience
