- We're hiring a key addition to our core engineering team to help us rebuild an industry stuck in the early 2000s.
- Property managers across Germany still run on outdated desktop software with clunky workflows and zero automation.
- You'll work closely with our founders and a handpicked team in Berlin to design and build the product this market has never had and always needed.
- Build and ship features end-to-end.
- Own parts of the product and drive architectural decisions.
- Improve performance and reliability across our core systems.
- Work closely with product and design to turn real workflows into simple software.
- Shape our engineering culture as we grow.

Qualifikationen
- Founder-type talent, matching our intensity, focus on outcomes and excellence.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks).
- Ability to take features from concept to production independently.
- Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows).
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in building and shipping production-ready web applications.
