- Develop and own methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure world-class performance of our high-end hardware products.
- Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware.
- Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology.
- Serve as the technical bridge from development to production and customers by rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide.
- Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong C++ skills and a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques.
- Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve our system performance.
- Ability to work across disciplines and collaborate closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Motivation to learn and grow continuously.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
