In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die gesamte Migration unserer Kunden auf die TrustPlatform. Du planst Migrationen, koordinierst interne Teams, lieferst Integrationsanleitungen und sicherst die erfolgreiche Go-Live-Validierung.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Migration Manager, you are the thread running through every migration: from the moment a customer shows interest in our new platform all the way through to post go-live stabilisation, you are their single point of contact.
- This role goes well beyond a standard onboarding profile - you drive the full migration cycle, coordinate Solution Engineers and the Onboarding team, and deliver onboarding directly on standard accounts.
- Own the end-to-end migration of IDnow customers onto the TrustPlatform - managing customer relationships, internal teams, and risks - with rigour and autonomy.
- Own the migration of each account: plan, milestones, risks, weekly status.
- Be the single named contact for the customer from kick-off to CSM handover.
- Coordinate Solution Engineers and the Onboarding team on complex migrations (multi-product, multi-country, regulatory constraints).
- Deliver onboarding autonomously on standard accounts: integration guidance, testing, go-live validation, hypercare.
- Anticipate and escalate blockers before they impact the customer or timeline.
- Build migration playbooks to continuously improve our processes.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record managing complex migration or implementation projects involving multiple internal teams.
- Comfortable working with regulated customers: Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Telco.
- Sufficient technical understanding to read an architecture, challenge a solution design, and spot integration risks - without being a developer.
- Strong transversal leadership: able to mobilise teams without hierarchical authority.
- German - fluent, required.
- English - professional level, required.
- Exposure to digital identity, KYC/AML, or eIDAS: a plus.
Erfahrung
- 5+ years in a Post-Sales role in a B2B SaaS environment: Customer Success, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent.
