- Design for simplicity in an ecosystem of highly technical products and services.
- Create comprehensive design documentation to ensure knowledge transfer early on for HERE designers, developers and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with software engineering to understand technical realities and to ensure proper implementation of assets.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to continuously gather feedback and test to improve the HERE Design System.
- Handle multiple projects, manage key stakeholders, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Confident in problem-solving for customers based on data and best UX practices.

Ausbildung
- BA/BS degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Software Product Design or related discipline.
Qualifikationen
- You have an exceptional, high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design, prototype and build user-centric web and mobile applications (automotive applications a bonus).
- You approach your designs systematically with the ability to break down user-centric problems and narratives into user-centric solutions. You're able to communicate the narrative and your design decisions to a larger audience.
- Highly skilled in Figma.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You're a team player but can also work independently to drive customer-centric solutions.
- From sketches to mid/high-fidelity designs, you can get your visual and non-visual ideas across to a variety of audiences.
- You collaborate well with team members from different disciplines and key stakeholders across the company.
- You have an excellent understanding of design systems and their aspects like design tokens, components, color systems, accessibility, documentation and the likes.
- You are able to evolve and scale the HERE Design System using research and data to inform and validate design decisions.
Erfahrung
- You have at least 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
- You bring solid experience in applying common design processes and standards as well as following agile development practices.
- You have knowledge in HTML and CSS. Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Gitlab, SVN, Github) is a big plus.
