- Act as a technical lead within the .NET / Windows / WPF ecosystem, providing direction and guidance on design and implementation topics.
- Take ownership across the full development lifecycle, including technical concept, implementation, review, and production readiness.
- Lead collaboration with QA and BA teams to define, refine, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Serve as a key technical contact for other development teams using the framework and container APIs, supporting integration and adoption.
- Drive the definition and evolution of user interfaces in close collaboration with the UX team, ensuring consistency and usability.

- Many years of hands-on experience in designing and building high-performance desktop applications, with responsibility for technical quality and long-term maintainability.
