- As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly available while helping teams deliver services faster and more efficiently.
- Working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and business, you will take ownership of critical operations, champion automation, and contribute to exciting initiatives in cloud transformation, observability, and AI-driven improvements.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Define, plan, and coordinate operational activities across teams, including clear prioritization of topics and workloads.
- Lead incident management processes, including coordination, communication, root cause analysis, and preventive follow-up actions.
- Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, stability, and operational quality.
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps standards, processes, and best practices.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive cross-functional operational topics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
Erfahrung
- Many years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Proven experience in planning operational activities within teams and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Hands-on experience in incident management and production support in complex environments.
