Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a Solution Architect to support our artificial intelligence solutions through hands-on prototyping and sales enablement.
- You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and continuously improve our offering.
- By demonstrating and adapting our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline, you'll help customers unlock real business value.
- The prototypes and proof-of-concepts you create will be critical to their success.
- You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
- You are responsible for problem solving in a proactive and professional manner.
- You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
- You create FAQs, assist in building our online community, and write documentation.

Qualifikationen
- You have knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
- You have strong communication skills.
- An understanding of the Docker ecosystem is a plus.
- A good understanding of hardware is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
- We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
Erfahrung
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.
- Leadership experience in solution engineering/presales is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.
