Deine Rolle im Team
- You take ownership of analyzing and evaluating functional, technical, and business requirements with the objective of implementing and integrating Identity & Access Management and ITSM solutions.
- You communicate professionally and in a customer-focused manner with users, and create training materials and videos.
- By designing solution scenarios, evaluating alternative approaches, and preparing decision documents, you contribute to optimization and quality assurance.
- You also analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
- You identify potential process improvements, implement efficient interface and automation solutions, advise business departments on mapping IAM and ITSM processes, and independently carry out their implementation.
- In addition to implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the systems you are responsible for, you create and maintain the necessary documentation for operations and support.
- You ensure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements and data protection regulations.

Ausbildung
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT-related qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Your quick comprehension skills and analytical mindset enable you to work in a solution-oriented and self-reliant manner.
- You are a strong communicator, enjoy working both in a team and independently, and place high value on delivering high-quality results.
- Your very good German skills are complemented by fluent English proficiency.
Erfahrung
- You have solid experience with Identity & Access Management solutions and ITSM systems, and have successfully implemented and optimized IT solutions and interfaces.
- You also have experience in creating PowerShell scripts and can apply them to implement services in ITSM systems.
- Ideally, you have experience with Omada and Matrix42 or other leading IAM and ITSM tools.
