Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Technical Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our healthcare applications.
- You will investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective solutions.
- This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for supporting mission-critical healthcare software.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across application, configuration, integration, and database layers.
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, SQL queries, and API tracing.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications to ensure reliable system performance.
- Support software implementations, upgrades, deployments, and system integrations.
- Escalate complex issues with clear technical documentation, including root cause analysis and recommended solutions.
- Provide technical support and user training, adapting communication to different technical audiences.
- Identify recurring issues, recommend long-term improvements, and contribute to continuous product optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements in a healthcare environment.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Docker, Nginx, or similar infrastructure technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage technical issues from investigation through resolution.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
Erfahrung
- At least 5 years of experience in technical application support, application management, or a similar technical role.
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Experience analyzing application logs, debugging technical issues, and working with distributed systems.
- Experience with reporting or BI solutions (e.g., Power BI, Bold BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience working in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated software environments.
