Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position unterstützend du technische Kundenanfragen, führst Demonstrationen durch und lernst die Plattform intensiv kennen. Du sammelst Feedback, hilfst bei PoCs und dokumentierst Vertriebsprozesse.
Deine Rolle im Team
- You will support customer-facing technical engagements across the sales cycle and help turn market feedback into product enhancements.
- Learn the the company platform inside and out to deliver engaging technical demonstrations.
- Support customer discovery calls to understand technical requirements and pain points.
- Assist in managing Proof of Concept (PoC) phases and technical evaluations.
- Advise prospects on platform AI capabilities alongside senior team members.
- Gather client feedback during evaluations and channel actionable insights back to Product and Engineering.
- Help document and refine our emerging pre-sales playbooks and technical collateral.

Erfahrung
- Early Pre-Sales or Tech Experience: Background or internships in pre-sales, technical consulting, SDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
