Deine Rolle im Team
- Contribute to design, development, verification and validation of mission performance assessment and planning algorithms for earth observation missions. Implementation of the algorithms to be integrated into ground operations software.
- Contribute to design, development, verification and validation of flight dynamics software up to defined product standards. Implementation of the algorithms to be integrated into ground operations software.
- Support mission analysis for various satellite systems and mission scenarios in LEO/MEO/GEO including constellations and formation flying with special focus on SAR missions.
- Orbital trajectory design, flight dynamics, and control for satellite systems.
- High precision numerical simulations to support precise orbit determination and precise baseline determination.
- Contribution to definition, development, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and verification and validation of simulation tools in the domain of mission analysis and mission planning.

Ausbildung
- University degree in aerospace engineering, or comparable discipline.
Qualifikationen
- Very good knowledge of orbital mechanics/flight dynamics in operations as well as orbit determination and control of spacecraft.
- Very good knowledge in software development with Matlab/Simulink, Fortran, C/C++, and Python; knowledge of CI/CD principles.
- Good knowledge in spacecraft dynamics, signal processing, and control engineering (development, simulation, verification).
- Competence to autonomously work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably German.
