Erfahrung

• You have many years of experience in designing complex software products, ideally in a B2B environment, within an agency, or as part of an in-house UX team.
• You bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates design excellence, systems thinking, and experience across different products, industries, and application domains.
• You have proven experience conducting design reviews and mentoring or supporting other UI Designers.
• You have extensive experience in evolving design systems for diverse user groups and contexts, as well as collaborating with development teams, managing developer handoffs, and ensuring quality through final product implementation.
• You have a strong user-centered and design-driven mindset and consistently uphold high standards for user experience, consistency, and visual quality.
