- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, optimize workflows, and directly boost business growth and profitability.
- Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex bottlenecks, align priorities, and drive smooth project execution.

Erfahrung
- Proven track record (several years) in project management, business development, or strategy preferably within a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or e-commerce environment.
