Deine Rolle im Team
- Data Catalogue Development : Ongoing development of the data catalogue for functional aspects of the tool as well as monitoring the quality of the asset information maintained.
- Training materials: Preparation of training materials and videos on data & analytics topics
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparation of reports detailing data catalogue usage statistics, any data related issues or resolutions, and project documentation.
- Support data analysis activities by producing data reports and visualisations
- Work with data management team to ensure data integrity and quality control
- Assist with data cleansing and database updates as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data management procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on data quality issues and recommend improvements
- Assist in the development of general data documentation and training materials
- Organise and follow up meetings
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., business informatics, industrial engineering)
- Must be living in Hamburg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Proficient in using Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
