Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Technical Field Support Representative for Northern Germany, you will provide professional technical support to workshops and distribution partners across the Northern Germany region (including Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, etc.).
- Conduct regular field visits to present our products and services.
- Plan and deliver technical training sessions, factory tours, and product presentations.
- Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and the assessment of customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Support the Sales team at customer events, trade fairs, and technical formats such as MAHLE Techtalks.
- Develop and continuously improve technical training and information materials.
- Systematically document all activities in the CRM system.
- Collect and share market and competitor intelligence, as well as customer feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and educational institutions.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed a technical vocational qualification, ideally as a Master Automotive Mechatronics Technician or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge, preferably within the automotive aftermarket environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English.
- High customer focus, ability to work independently, and a confident professional demeanor.
- Good IT skills, particularly in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 4 days per week).
- Residence in Northern Germany is preferred, or willingness to relocate to the region.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a technical field service role.
