    Deine Rolle im Team

    • As an IT Global Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the Change Management process across Group IT, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external service providers.
    • Develop and implement IT Change Management strategies and processes to support efficient and controlled system changes.
    • Ensure adoption of a standardized Change Management lifecycle across internal teams and external vendors.
    • Coordinate testing, documentation, and approval of all changes in line with company standards.
    • Manage and monitor the performance and service delivery of external partners (e.g., service desk, 2nd and 3rd level support) against agreed SLAs.
    • Categorize and prioritize changes (standard, normal, emergency) and assess risks to minimize disruption.
    • Lead the handling of emergency and high-risk changes, ensuring timely execution based on urgency and business impact.
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication, including senior management, for escalations, approvals, and buy-in.
    • Analyze problem and incident trends to identify areas for improvement and collaborate on technical/process enhancements.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews and develop reports and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Change Management.
    • Share knowledge and mentor IT colleagues, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

    Ausbildung

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong knowledge of IT processes and methodologies (ITIL); ITIL certification is required.
    • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software, hardware, and enterprise technology.
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems under pressure.
    • Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.

    Erfahrung

    • 5+ years of experience in Change Management or IT Project Management within consulting, services, or corporate environments.
    • Proven track record in managing and implementing complex IT changes in large, multinational organizations- experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
