Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions across the platform, leveraging App Engine, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Take ownership of EOS' CMDB landscape, designing and enhancing CI classes, relationship models, governance processes, and data quality mechanisms to ensure a reliable foundation for IT operations.
- Drive the evolution of our ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, event-driven automation, and the continuous improvement of configuration data accuracy and service visibility.
- Further develop and optimize our ITSM processes and modules, implementing scalable workflows, automations, notifications, service catalog items, and user experiences that improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring software compliance, license optimization, and efficient lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization.

Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in CMDB design, governance, CI modeling, relationship mapping, and data quality management.
- Solid JavaScript skills and a strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for platform engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Several years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, application development, and platform customization.
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and infrastructure integrations.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and practical experience developing and enhancing ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
- Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworks.
