- We are looking for a OneStream Administrator to join our finance operations team and ensure the smooth, reliable running of our OneStream platform for global financial consolidation and reporting.
- Key Accountabilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to data loads, consolidations, and reporting.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve support tickets within Azure DevOps and ServiceNow platforms.
- System Maintenance: Execute routine tasks including metadata updates, data loading, and calculation processes.
- Security & Governance: Manage user access requests in accordance with established security policies.
- Deployment Support: Partner with the Development team during monthly maintenance breaks to perform deployments and post-release testing.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field
Qualifikationen
- Operational Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage SLA ownership, conduct thorough root-cause analysis, and handle complex escalations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of OneStream security, workflows, and data management processes.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot business rules and data integrations.
- Communication: A customer-service oriented mindset with fluent English and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Erfahrung
- OneStream Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in OneStream administration or a similar CPM tool.
- Incident & Problem Management: Proven experience in enterprise incident management and problem resolution.
