Qualifikationen

• You bring deep expertise in Figma including advanced auto layout, component systems, variables, tokens, responsive design, prototyping, shared libraries, branching, and versioning.
• You understand how design systems scale across multiple teams, products, and implementation environments.
• You have a strong understanding of visual identity systems - typography, layout, and color - and know how to apply brand consistently across digital products.
• You communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders, workshops, and multidisciplinary teams.
• You bring a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and thrive in complex and fast-moving environments.

Erfahrung

• You bring 4-6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or Design Systems with a strong specialization in scalable digital systems.
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design excellence, and proven experience building or evolving enterprise-level design systems.
• You bring experience within automotive, mobility, embedded systems, or other complex product ecosystems.
• You think in systems - translating user needs, product goals, and brand principles into coherent and scalable digital experiences.
• You bring experience with DesignOps, contribution models, governance structures, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You actively use AI within your daily practice and have experience with agentic workflows, automation, AI-supported tooling, and design operations approaches to improve system creation, maintenance, and collaboration.
